Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using FastBusiness API, including user accounts, API access, subscriptions, generated business data, acceptable use, and service limitations.
Last updated: 30th May 20261. User Accounts
Users may need to create an account to access the FastBusiness API dashboard, manage API access, view usage, and subscribe to paid plans.
Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping their login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed using your API keys.
2. API Key Security
FastBusiness API may issue API keys to allow users to access API endpoints.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and private. API keys must not be publicly exposed, shared with unauthorised users, committed to public repositories, or used in client-side code where they can be easily accessed.
If you believe an API key has been exposed, compromised, or misused, you should stop using it and contact us as soon as possible.
3. Rate Limits and Token Limits
API usage may be subject to rate limits, token limits, subscription limits, cooldown periods, or other technical restrictions.
These limits may depend on your subscription plan and may apply to requests such as business searches, business lookups, profile generation, profile refreshes, and other API actions.
FastBusiness API may reject, delay, limit, or block requests that exceed usage limits or appear to place unreasonable load on the platform.
4. Subscription Plans
FastBusiness API may offer free, paid, trial, monthly, annual, enterprise, or custom subscription plans.
Subscription plans may include different limits, features, token allowances, API key allowances, rate limits, and pricing.
Plan features, prices, limits, and availability may change over time.
5. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing management may be handled through Stripe or another payment provider.
Users are responsible for managing their subscription and ensuring payment details remain valid.
You may cancel your subscription where cancellation options are available through the platform or billing provider.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Refunds may be considered at our discretion, subject to payment provider rules, billing circumstances, platform usage, and applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription may reduce or remove access to paid features at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must use FastBusiness API lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use FastBusiness API to break any law, abuse or overload the platform, bypass rate limits or billing controls, use unauthorised API keys, access another user’s data, submit malicious traffic, or damage FastBusiness API, other users, third-party services, or public data sources.
7. No Scraping, Abuse, or Reselling Without Permission
You must not scrape, harvest, bulk extract, copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially repackage FastBusiness API data or generated outputs without written permission.
You must not use automated systems to abuse the platform, avoid usage limits, repeatedly generate duplicate profiles, or place unreasonable load on FastBusiness API or its third-party providers.
FastBusiness API may suspend or restrict access where usage appears abusive, excessive, automated in a harmful way, or inconsistent with normal API use.
8. Generated Data Is Informational Only
Business profiles, descriptions, search results, lookup results, and AI-generated outputs provided by FastBusiness API are for general informational and research purposes only.
Generated data should not be treated as legal, financial, investment, compliance, employment, identity verification, or professional advice.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information returned by the API before relying on it.
9. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness
FastBusiness API may use public sources, third-party services, automated processing, and artificial intelligence to generate or return business profile information.
We do not guarantee that business profile data is complete, accurate, current, reliable, or suitable for a specific purpose.
Business information may be outdated, incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, misclassified, or unavailable.
Users should verify important business information using official sources, company websites, government registers, or professional advisers where necessary.
10. Service Availability
FastBusiness API aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
The service may be unavailable, delayed, limited, modified, or discontinued due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting provider issues, third-party service outages, security concerns, billing issues, or business decisions.
We may change, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time where necessary.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
FastBusiness API may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts, API keys, or services where we believe a user has breached these Terms, abused the platform, exceeded reasonable usage limits, attempted to bypass security or billing controls, or created risk for FastBusiness API, users, third-party providers, or public data sources.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue, but we are not required to do so where there is suspected abuse, fraud, security risk, or serious misuse.
12. Third-Party Services
FastBusiness API may rely on third-party services for payments, AI processing, search, hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, security, or other platform functions.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, data issues, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as our platform, pricing, features, third-party providers, legal requirements, or business operations change.
The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Continued use of FastBusiness API after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
